I brought my VW Passat in with a headlight issue. Due to the age of the vehicle, parts proved difficult to come by. Wayne kept me in the loop, and stayed after hours on a busy Friday to make sure I was back on the road by the weekend! Incredibly satisfied and thankful.

Rang these guys to get a rough quote for some work to be done on my granddaughters car, while they couldn't help me straight away, did take my details and got back to me later in the day to give me helpful advice and redirect me to someone else who could help me.

I had a really tricky problem with my warning lights after replacing the alternator on my old van. Wayne systematically and thoroughly inspected and tested all the possibilities until he worked it out, and even tested the alternator I rebuilt out of two dodgy ones for me so I could save some money. I'm very glad to say that everything is finally working properly thanks to Wayne's expert help, knowledge, intelligence and experience. He clearly cares about his customers, going beyond the call of duty with honesty, fairness and respect. 5 stars, only because I can't give 10!
